We are aware of current social isolation, monopolization of agricultural land, settlement difficulties for young households due to real estate speculation and rapid disappearance of traditional farming.

For these reasons, our intention is to manage this place together as a self­sustaining food­producing hamlet, aiming solely for a life­respecting life­style.

Terramaïre farming co­op and "Friends of Terramaïre" are managing this place and making it alive, welcoming people wanting to invest in and support our project. Activities here, should be socially and ecologically coherent and in accordance with our guidelines.
